Hi, I’m Sarah
My journey in helping others began over 12 years ago when I trained as a mental health nurse, supporting hundreds of individuals in reducing anxiety and depression and improving their wellbeing. No matter who I worked with, sleep was always my first focus - it’s the foundation of good health.
When I became a mother in 2020, I discovered just how challenging infant sleep can be. Sleep deprived and desperate to find answers, I started to research, expanding my knowledge and creating a passion for infant sleep. Fast forward four years (and another baby later!), I knew it was time to take this passion to the next level by becoming an Infant Sleep Consultant.
I firmly believe that sleep is not a one-size-fits-all approach. That’s why I take a holistic view - assessing your baby’s unique needs, understanding your family’s dynamics, and creating a personalised plan based on your goals.
Above all, I prioritise your wellbeing. As a mother, I understand how exhausting and overwhelming the search for answers can be. I’m here not just to support your little one, but to support you - one parent to another.
