Hi, I’m Sarah, I’m an Infant Sleep Consultant, Mental Health Nurse and Mam of two
My journey in helping others began over 12 years ago when I trained as a mental health nurse, supporting hundreds of individuals in reducing anxiety and depression and improving their wellbeing. No matter who I worked with, sleep was always my first focus -it’s the foundation of good health.
When I became a mother in 2020, I discovered first-hand just how challenging infant sleep can be. Sleep deprived and desperate to find answers, I immersed myself in research, expanding my knowledge and creating a passion for infant sleep. Fast forward four years (and another baby later!), I knew it was time to take this passion to the next level by becoming an Infant Sleep Consultant.
I firmly believe that sleep is not a one-size-fits-all approach. That’s why I take a holistic view - assessing your baby’s unique needs, understanding your family’s dynamics, and creating a personalised plan based on your goals.
Above all, I prioritise your wellbeing. As a mother, I understand how exhausting and overwhelming the search for answers can be. I’m here not just to support your little one, but to support you - one parent to another.
What’s Included in the plan?
Comprehensive Analysis of Routine Logs
We begin by carefully reviewing your little one’s current routine - looking at naps, night wakings, activity levels, diet, and overall temperament. This gives me a clear picture of what’s working well and where gentle changes may help.
1-Hour Consultation
Following the analysis, we’ll spend an hour together on a holistic assessment of your little one. We’ll explore their daily routine, sleep environment, and any other factors that may influence their rest. Together, we’ll set realistic goals that feel right for your family and choose a settling approach that best suits your child and your parenting style.
Personalised Sleep Plan
Within just a few hours of our consultation, you’ll receive a detailed, step-by-step plan that’s simple to follow. This will include tailored recommendations from our assessment, along with additional tips to support you throughout the process.
Ongoing Support
The very next day, your 1:1 WhatsApp support begins. I’ll ask you to log naps in an app so I can monitor progress and guide you along the way. I’ll check in daily to see how things are going - and if you’re ever unsure about the next nap or what stage you should be at, I’ll be right there in your pocket: cheering you on, offering encouragement, and providing support whenever you need it.
When your support period comes to an end, you’ll receive a Moving Forward Plan to help you confidently manage future changes, including wake window transitions and common hurdles.
