Will your approach involve leaving my baby to cry?

No. My methods are gentle, responsive, and tailored to your comfort level. You’ll always be involved, and your baby will know you’re nearby. My goal is to help your little one feel safe and secure while learning healthy sleep habits. Tears are never avoidable as it’s their way of communicating but with the right approach we can minimise this as much as possible.

How long does it take to see results?

Many families notice improvements within the first week, but every child is unique. Some situations require more gradual changes. I’ll guide you every step of the way so we can move at a pace that works for your family.

Do you offer in-person or online consultations?

I work with families worldwide via video call, phone, and WhatsApp support. This means I can help you wherever you are - no travel or home visits required.

Do you work with breastfed babies?

Absolutely. My approach supports all feeding methods - breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or a combination. Sleep support and feeding can work hand-in-hand.

My baby wakes multiple times a night - can you help?

Yes. Frequent night waking is one of the most common issues I support. We’ll look at your baby’s daytime schedule, sleep environment, and sleep associations to create a plan that promotes longer, more restful nights.
