Every baby is different, there is no one size fits all. That’s why I offer a comprehensive and holistic assessment within the 1 hour consultation. Here we will look at the general health of your little one, the sleep challenges you are facing and together we will determine your goals.

The goals outlined in the consultation are very personal to you and your family. Whether it be you want to continue sleeping with your little one in the bedroom until after 6 months but are looking for restful nights or you want to establish independent sleep for your little one - we go at your pace.

Each package is designed to support not only your little one but the whole family. Taking into account the emotional wellbeing of both parents and also improving this along our journey.

Whether you feel capable to follow a sleep plan alone or require 1:1 support, there is a package for everyone.
